The live version of Njorku comes with a job search engine solution that has been in the works for over two years today. You can search for jobs from your computer browser on www.njorku.com and also you can use your mobile and search on njorku.com/mobile. This version comes with other useful tools like daily sms alerts for jobs, daily email alerts for given keywords, a tips and tutorials blog. I must say we rolled out  without some key functionalities like job search sharing (email, twitter, facebook), candidate profile and CV database which are already in development but could not be completed to meet this end of march deadline.

2. Quels sont les pays qui sont couverts par cette release ?

Currently Njorku covers job search for Cameroon and Nigeria mostly but in the next couple of weeks we will rapidly cover other countries.

3. Quels sont les pays qui vont suivre ?

We are still thinking of the countries but we have Ghana, South Africa, Senegal, Kenya on our radar but nothing is certain at this time

4. Est-ce qu’il est prévu des API ? Webservices ? franchise ?

Yes we are going to have APIs for developers worldwide to consume, to us this will be a way to let developers create cool apps around job search and make life easy for job searchers looking for jobs in Africa. Franchising is a big part of our business model too, so yes we are open for Franchising and we are already in talks with partners.

5. Etes-vous à la recherche des partenaires ?

Yes we are actively looking for partners that will help us expand into other countries faster than our normal speed. We think with local partners in every country, our job search solution will help more job seekers looking for jobs in Africa

6. What is the next step ?

Our next step right now is to develop job search tools and come up with innovative ways for people to find and share jobs making the process a fun and easy one for every job seeker looking to work in Africa

Kudos guys. Really cool tools for job seekers in Africa. I would appreciate if you could talk about your business model. Do you consider yourself as “merely” a job database that aggregates offers posted elsewhere or will you at some point propose more specialized services like vertically aligned recruitment consultancy or more of a talent network platform that links companies and individuals?

One last thing : minimalist is great. But adding some content to discuss what you do could be helpful for people less versed in tech things.

    Again good job.

Etum, tu m’as bondie hein???? Ca n’est pas grave. O bosso, frangin

about the veritcal HR consultancy and a network for companies and professionals in Africa… we are trying to develop some interesting things in that direction too. but your input will be very much appreciated… how do I get to talk with you ?
